Occasionally, an imperfection may creep in, and while this site is monitored for various technical problems, occasionally you may see something that failed our checks and balances.

To best report a problem, click on the Report a Problem link (like you just did) from within the page you are reporting.
ALL problem reports WILL receive a reply within one business day either directly from us, Internal Medicine Associates or from our Web vendor.
(If you have already received an error message on your screen that told you a condition has been reported, you do NOT need to report it again.)
(This portal is known and tested to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (most versions), Opera and Firefox browsers. It probably works under Netscape. We are aware that intermittently
and infrequently, certain interactive functions do NOT work with Apple PowerMac PC's.)
In addition, Javascript NEEDS to be enabled as do cookies for it to work as designed.
